Our History
Dima Syrotkin and Lauri Paloheimo founded Pandatron. Idea at the time: marketplace for corporate training.
March 2016
Came to the conclusion that the problem is not in finding trainers but in finding good trainers. Started providing evaluations of the training impact. Brought Jere Partanen on board as the COO.
March 2018
Our evaluations have shown that the problem isn't the training itself, but the application of the training. Started providing a coaching follow up service with a human coach but via text or chat.
March 2019
Started working on scaling micro-coaching service with chatbot technology. Brought Tiago Sampaio on board as the CTO.
February 2020
Following great customer feedback focused on the full automation of coaching for the change management use case. Raised pre-seed funding of $0.7M from Gorilla Capital and a few angels to accelerate growth.
