PANDATRON AI PLATFORM – END USER TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Pandatron AI Platform (the “Service”). These End User Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service provided by Pandatron Oy (“Pandatron,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Service is made available to you through your employer or organization (the “Customer”) who has entered into a separate agreement with Pandatron.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND PROPER USAGE

2.1 Pandatron AI platform

The Service is an AI-powered coaching, change management and digital transformation platform designed to support your professional development and personal growth within the context of your employment. It uses artificial intelligence and natural language processing to provide personalized coaching and guidance.

2.2 Intended Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended coaching and mentoring purposes. The Service is designed to help you:

Set and work toward professional goals

Develop leadership and interpersonal skills

Navigate workplace challenges

Support your personal and professional growth

2.3 Prohibited Manipulations

You agree not to:

Attempt to manipulate, reprogram, or override the AI’s coaching parameters

Use techniques to extract information or capabilities beyond the Service’s intended functionality or to reverse engineer the AI

Attempt to use the AI for purposes other than those intended

2.4 Monitoring and Review

You acknowledge and consent that your interactions with the Service are logged and may be reviewed by authorized Pandatron personnel for service improvement purposes and, in anonymized form, by your employer as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

3. PROHIBITED USES

3.1 Illegal Activities

You must not use the Service to engage in, promote, or encourage illegal activities, including but not limited to:

Harassment or threats

Distribution of harmful or malicious content

Activities that violate intellectual property rights

Any other actions that violate applicable laws or regulations

3.2 Mental Health Disclaimer

The Service is not a substitute for professional mental health services. You acknowledge that:

The AI coach is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist

The Service should not be used to address clinical depression, anxiety disorders, or other serious mental health conditions

With mental health concerns, you should seek help from healthcare professionals

3.3 Other Users

You agree not to attempt to use the service to:

Extract information about other users

Access or retrieve conversations or data belonging to other users

Impersonate other users or Pandatron personnel. However, impersonating another role is permitted

3.4 Factual Information Limitations

You acknowledge that the Service uses artificial intelligence that may:

Generate inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information

“Hallucinate” or fabricate facts, references, or data that appear credible but are incorrect

Present opinions or subjective interpretations as factual statements

You should not rely on the Service as a primary source of factual information without independent verification from authoritative sources.

4. USER CONTENT AND DATA

4.1 Ownership of User Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide during your interactions with the Service, subject to the licenses granted herein and your employer’s policies regarding work product.

4.2 License to Use Content

You grant Pandatron a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content for the purposes of:

Providing and improving the Service

Developing new features and services

Analyzing usage patterns and trends

Creating anonymized aggregated statistics

This license explicitly does NOT grant Pandatron the right to:

Sell or license your personal content to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes

4.3 Employer Insights

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 AI-Generated Content

The content generated by the Service, including coaching advice, exercises, and other materials, is owned by Pandatron. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content for your personal development purposes.

5.2 Restrictions

You must not:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content from the Service without authorization

Create derivative works based on the Service or its content

Use content from the Service for commercial purposes

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service

5.3 Feedback

Your employment with the Customer ends

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease

Pandatron may delete or retain your data as described in the Privacy Policy

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive

8.3 Data After Termination

Following termination, your data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and your employer’s agreement with Pandatron.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

The Service provides coaching and mentoring, not professional advice. You acknowledge that:

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pandatron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS
