Content Operations Manager

The challenge you know too well
You’ve been in the transformation trenches. You’ve seen brilliant change frameworks gather dust. Experienced the frustration of trying to scale personalized help and coaching to support thousands of employees, while only being able to reach a few hundred max.

You know that sustainable change isn’t about better PowerPoints—it’s about shifting mindsets, one conversation at a time. But how do you make that personal, evidence-based, culturally intelligent support available to everyone who needs it, when they need it?

That’s the puzzle we’re solving at Pandatron. That’s the content you’d be producing with industry leaders.

About Pandatron.ai
We’re building AI that doesn’t just inform—it transforms.

Pandatron combines evidence-based behavioral science, proven change frameworks, and conversational AI to deliver personalized coaching experiences at scale. We help organizations accelerate transformation by meeting people where they are – with the right support, in their language, at their moment of need.

Our clients are global enterprises navigating complex change. Our partners are transformation experts who understand that technology should amplify human wisdom, not replace it.Your role: The intersection of craft and scale

You’re a Change Management Content Manager who gets energized by a particular challenge: How do you maintain the nuance and empathy of expert coaching while producing it at enterprise scale?

You’ll manage our content development engine—translating transformation expertise into AI-driven coaching experiences that actually change behavior. This means building the workflows, ensuring quality, and team capabilities that let us deliver world-class content across languages, methodologies, and cultures.

You understand what makes people change (coaching psychology, behavioral science, adult learning) and how to produce excellence at scale (process design, prompt engineering, quality systems, continuous improvement). You’ll be doing this with a team that already excels in the field, so you’ll not be alone.

What you’ll do
Content Production (60%)

Translate transformation wisdom into scalable AI coaching
→ Design exercises and interventions grounded in adult learning theory, habit formation research, and behavioral economics—not just information transfer
→ Engineer LLM prompts that generate empathetic, evidence-based, culturally intelligent coaching
→ Craft change communications that land—making the sophisticated accessible without dumbing it down
→ Stay on time and be obsessed about client impact

Content Management (40%)
Run the engine that turns expertise into impact
→ Manage content workflows using Lean/Agile principles: backlog management, WIP limits, cycle time tracking, retrospectives.
→ Manage QA systems for multi-language content—ensuring quality doesn’t degrade as volume increases.
→ Hunt bottlenecks relentlessly. Eliminate waste. Automate the repeatable. Free your team to focus on craft. We’re serious, you will not use your time on repetitive actions.
→ On occasion, you will be needed in sales activation and building pretty slides, but this is not your focus.
→ Over time, manage the content team—coaching them in both transformation expertise and operational discipline.
→ Partner seamlessly with other parts of the Operations’ team, Tech & Prompt engineering and Growth team.

What you won’t do
❌ Manage enterprise software implementation projects — You’re building content and systems, not deploying platforms.
❌ Operate as a solo traditional change practitioner — You’re not running change initiatives at client sites; you’re encoding transformation expertise into scalable AI.
❌ Work in a rigid, slow-moving environment — This isn’t a large consultancy with 17 approval layers, but not a solo-act either.
❌ Focus purely on writing without operational rigor — This isn’t a copywriting gig; you must build systems and manage production workflows.
❌ Get stuck in meetings all day — We value async work and focused time for deep thinking and creation.
❌ Work entirely alone — You’ll collaborate globally but won’t be micromanaged.

What you’ll bring
Required Experience & Expertise

✓ 5-8+ years in transformation roles: change management, OPEX, organizational development, Agile coaching, L&D, or executive coaching.
✓ Process and operations discipline — You’ve designed workflows, established quality standards, used Lean/Agile methods to optimize delivery.
✓ Digital fluency — Prompt engineering experience required. You’re comfortable learning new AI tools quickly and understanding how to shape their outputs.
✓ Exceptional English — Native or near-native written English with proven copywriting skills. You can explain complex ideas with clarity and warmth.

Bonus points are available for
✓ Coaching certification (ACC, PCC, systemic coaching)
✓ ACMP, Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma certification
✓ Multi-language capability (Arabic, Spanish, French, or others)
✓ Change communications or professional copywriting background
✓ Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG systems, or conversational AI

Ready to scale what matters?
If you’re tired of transformation work that doesn’t stick, excited by the challenge of maintaining craft at scale, and intrigued by AI’s potential to amplify human wisdom—let’s talk.

We’re building something that hasn’t existed before. It won’t be easy. But if you get it right, you’ll change how millions of people experience change at work.

All of this goes into the interviews:

Who you are
⚡ Process-minded but not bureaucratic — You love good systems but hate red tape
🌊 Comfortable with ambiguity — You can build the plane while flying it
🎯 Quality-obsessed — “Good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary when it comes to changing people’s lives
🌍 Collaborative across cultures — You work effectively with people across time zones, communication styles, and professional backgrounds
🔧 Continuously improving — You regularly ask “how could this be better?” and actually implement the answers
🚀 Ownership-driven — You see what needs doing and do it, without waiting for permission
